I Love this Gym. Its so laid back and NOT main stream,. The woman are normal everyday woman trying to get the job done. The classes challenge you and the instructors try hard to ensure a level for everyone. I workout quite a bit, I am sore and challenged in the classes i attend. The variety of classes is really nice as well, from Zumba TO Boot Camps TO yoga, there is something for everyone !! The owners, Patti and Kelly work to give their members the best they can give them.
