This review is for Northwestern Medicine not Dr. Russo. Dr. Russo is an excellent physician. Unfortunatly, as a long time existing patient, Northwestern will not allow me to make an appointment to get in for my annual exam and instead I am being put on a waitlist and some random day someone might call me back to schedule my annual appointment. My health is important to me so I will go elsewhere.
Dr. Russo is an excellent gynecologist. She is very attentive, kind, reassuring and thorough. She never makes me feel rushed and she makes sure all of my questions are answered. I feel extremely well-cared for by Dr. Russo.
Dr Russo has consistently provided me with the best care and attention that I need as a post menopausal patient. My body is changing and I need my gynecologist to help me understand what’s going on and how best to deal with it. She listens. I’ve never found her to be dismissive of my concerns while at the same time she offers meaningful medical options for problems I may experience. I love her calming demeanor and level of professionalism and I never feel rushed during my visit. Highly recommended and appreciated.
I have been going to Dr Russo for 20 years and have experienced her to be very professional, knowledgeable, caring and supportive. Excellent communication explaining medical condition and treatment options.
