OPEN FIRST AND THIRD FRIDAY EVENING ONLY. We are a small amateur astronomical observatory open free to the public every first and third Friday evening rain or shine. Groups may schedule other days and times to visit. Visitors can use our 30+ telescopes ranging from 3” to 25”. We have the fifth largest telescope in North Carolina. It was a lot of fun and very informative!
Was good but the guide we had, Bob, was acidic and downright rude refusing to help us connect online... and so we missed most of the event.
The gents running this were very fun to talk to and very knowledgeable. Was an excellent time! Can't wait to come back!
