Great product and professional installation, highly recommended!
Fire code requires an egress and we needed a solution. I searched and searched for a option for a deck hatch, but nothing seemed like a reasonable solution. Contractors wanted to dig a new window on the side of the house, but that would block our access to the backyard, and the other side was just a crawl space. Luckily I found a youtube video of Peter Luciani demonstrating his flush deck hatch.
