The only makers of exactly what I needed to make a tiny deck into an amazing one. My word was it expensive, but worth every penny. The quality is fantastic and every interaction with the company was fast and professional. It’s easy to open and the claps that lock it from the inside are impressive, no one is getting that thing open from the outside. A fantastic local company.

Fire code requires an egress and we needed a solution. I searched and searched for a option for a deck hatch, but nothing seemed like a reasonable solution. Contractors wanted to dig a new window on the side of the house, but that would block our access to the backyard, and the other side was just a crawl space. Luckily I found a youtube video of Peter Luciani demonstrating his flush deck hatch. This would allow me to seamlessly integrate the required egress and allow me to walk over it when I have the French doors installed... read more
