Very disappointed. My parents brought their two lagotto romagnolos in to be groomed, and even brought their younger two laggotto puppies in as a reference for how they would like them cut. The groomer returned their dogs with very uneven and awkward cuts, despite being given references. Lucy also did not bother calling back to discuss their request to at least let them bring the dogs back in to be evened out. Pictures in comments. Their four dogs will not be back.
RecommendedBeing from out of state we were careful in choosing where to take our Golden for a vacation grooming. Weedily made our appointment and requested to present proof of vaccinations which was welcomed and easily presented. The day of we were cheerily greeted by the office staff more importantly Bailey was heartily welcomed as well. We met his groomer and discussed our desires for his grooming. This was our first time taking Lily to be groomed, and this was our first time going to Lucie's. They were all very nice and treated her like the princess she is! She had a ton of fun playing with the other small dogs while waiting her turn for grooming. And she looks perfect!!!!!! So incredibly adorable. Plus, the little bows on her ears was such a sweet extra touch. :)

We brought our dog to get a shave a week ago. Over the next few days, he started licking his chest and armpit a lot. When we checked we found that he had clipper burns all over and in many places, he was also shaved too closely. We have had him shaved at many places before and this has never happened. He is still suffering from a lot of irritation on his armpit and we have to keep him in a shirt and observe him constantly to ensure he doesn't lick the area. We will not be returning.

No place I'd rather work. Lucie and the others truly love and care about every dog and owner and it shows. Absolutely the first place I'd reccommend for anyone looking to have their dog be taken care of and to have fun with other dogs.
