First let me say I am grateful for the FarmVille location. Have seen Dr Ouellette before. Which he was great but this time felt as if I was an inconvenience. Could tell he had not taken the time to review the history of my chart that day. I have been a patient of Ortho for years due to my chronic arthritis.
