Compared to my previous experience, Dr. Ouellette did a great job and provided diagnosis and solutions this time. I was pleased.
Courteous and knowledgeable Dr. Pays attention and explains well. Staff also very courteous.
2 days ago I fell and had to go to the ER I was there for hrs before I was seen. But when I got home I called Ortho of VA and got an appointment for the next day.and when I was seen today I didn't have time to sit down before I was seen. The young lady that took me back was so sweet and made sure she had all the information and also kept me informed of everything. I'm telling anyone that needs help with anything broken or joint pain Ortho of VA is the best place for you I won't go anywhere else Denise Norman
