Went there this morning and was told that my referral from doc was not on file so I went to Gessler clinic got the referral in had and then lady up front tells me oh no I don’t have time for that it takes 20 min but lady I’m the only patient in line. Then was told that I had to go home call to make an appointment then bring in the referral. Really so un professional and worst way to treat a patient.. you call leave voicemail and no one gets back to you like I have several times so show up instead and worst!!! Dr. Parrillo is a very kind, pleasant and knowledgeable medical professional/doctor. He definitely delivers the best care possible for his patients. Very understanding and presents himself in an exemplary manner. Awesome bedside care.
I love Dr. Parrillo so this review isn’t a reflection on him. He told me when I had my MRI schedule to call and schedule a follow up. I called over a week 30 times left 5 voicemails and even reached out on facebook on their messenger. NOTHING. I had to drive to the office to make a apt. I’m a truck driver so that’s really hard to do. I had to stay off road to do this on a Monday morning. Dr Lucien Parrillo and his staff are more than amazing. I needed my appointment before year end yep New Year’s Eve got it done. The staff is wonderful his bedside manner amazing. Highly recommend as we speak bringing my father over to his practice. Wonderful treatment highly recommend
