My best advice is to call your insurance provider and switch because the fact that this place is even open is a surprise I went twice and definitely won’t be going again if u paid me 10 million dollars rude unprofessional staff and doctor highly disrespectful and the medical office is SO LOW BUDGET it needs to be shutdown and never opened again it’s highly ridiculous I’ve never had to write such a lengthy review on a doctors office please someone call the better business bureau or someone to shut them DOWN for good please an... read more
I don't event want to give one star. The doctor is ok but the staff is rude and has no customer service experience. They don't acknowledge when patients come in and are annoyed when you asked to be serviced. They just seat there doing nothing not calling anyone so the wait time is ridiculous.I'm currently looking for a new doctor.
When you have an appointment there you will be there all day. They are always backed up and are rude.
