She's been with me thru thick and thin. Dr Lucie has been with me so long she doesn't ever skip a beat on my health history. 10/10 for this entire place. Every is very attentive and understanding.
Excellent Doctor. She is our primary care physician. Genuinely cares about my family, and is like no other doctor we’ve ever had. My children love her. She’s the absolute expert in her field.
After having a very difficult and complicated surgery from my gynecologist in the spring 2021 Dr. Lucie was the one who I was calling and texting multiple times with a different questions concerns and issues I was experiencing. She always responded immediately morning noon and night and was very reassuring and helpful to get me through this tough period of my life. Excellent doctor. I'm very choosy when it comes to doctors; I don't just trust anyone. When I do have to find a new physician, I'll try out several until I find one that I want to stay with: I've only found three of those in my (52yrs) life, and I think Dr. Bianchi will be the last. Since opening her own concierge practice in Hoffman Estates last year, I have been able to keep regular monthly appointments with her in managing my weight reduction program as well as seeing her on short notice when emergencies have come up.
