Cancelled appointment for no reason without notification
SCAM alert!!! I bought a Groupon for a haircut with Lucie. She took over a month to return my email request for an appointment. Then she claimed she had an injury and couldn’t cut hair for months. When I tried again months later, she didn’t have an available time slot for another month. The DAY OF of the appointment, she cancelled via voicemail.
