Awful customer service!! 0 stars.... We came here to by a Tacori engagement ring. I had a specific one in mind. First we came for the Tacori event. We came from Canada. They assured us by phone they would have the ring I wanted to see and more. When we showed up, they did not have the ring available and we had to drive to the other location. I just wanted to know what kind of service they have, so I pretended to get a price for my basic rolex watch. He was so friendly, polite and helpful and took time to check my watch, and let me know how much money I would get If I sold it there.I told him that I was going to keep the watch.When I asked him whether I could sell my 23 karat gold neclace, he took time to find out how much I would get if I bring my neclace to them. What a disappointment! After hearing many positive endorsements from Mojo in the Morning, I encouraged my boyfriend to go look at their selection. We arrived at the store, and we waited over ten minutes for some one to acknowledge our presence. She asked what we were in the store for, and we mentioned we were looking for engagement rings. Lucido's Jewelers in Sterling Heights are awesome. They have a great staff and know what they are talking about! They work with you and your budget. They are honest and upfront! Anyone who gives them a bad rating is because they are someone who expects alot for nothing. I would not go to any other jeweler but Lucido's. My hat is off to them. Can't wait to visit them today! They make shopping a pleasure!
