I wish I would’ve read these reviews before buying the Groupon. However, everyone who is mentioning the excessive upselling, the superrrrr painful facials, and endless talking are correct. Not only do they insist on talking to you the entire time, but during my facial, someone else came in to finish my leg and foot massage, and they spoke to each other most of the time as well. Went in for a one hour massage and one hour facial. The massage was okay, but the facial was terrible. I could have given myself a better facial at home. The most they did was give me one of those paper face mask and the facial didn’t last an hour like it was supposed to. I’m highly disappointed in the facial. Massage was great and peaceful, until it got to the facial part. My massage had not finished before a different lady came in and started rushing on my face, not allowing me to enjoy the last 15 minutes of my massage. She proceeded to try to upsell me some kind of face treatment to kill dead skin, where it went from a price of $150 I told her it’s too much and I wasn’t interested she then said she’ll do it for $65, then said to $50. I had an excellent experience here and can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I walked in, the space was calm, clean, and welcoming. The massage itself was outstanding — intuitive, therapeutic, and deeply relaxing. I left feeling noticeably better both physically and mentally. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and their craft. I’ll absolutely be back.
