Absolutely pitiful service for a “spa.” The manager has no respect for customers. To get upset about a tip as if it’s the customer’s obligation to financially support your staff is ridiculous. Two massages were $250 as it is. And the massages didn’t even last a full hour. What am I paying for?
We went for a massage and facial as a couple when we were in the room the one who was doing the facial is the same one who is attending to the front she enters and leaves the room many times. It’s very unpleasant and when she enters she doesn’t wash her hands she goes straight to your face and talking with the other lady who does the massages is not a time of relaxation in that place. Apart from that they force you to pay $40 tip then she says SEE YOU SOON LOL . Don’t go to this unprofessional place.
Amazing experience , did a couples massage . We were both very happy with the masseuses , very professional , kind and we never felt or experienced anything that some lower reviews states . Customer service was excellent . I definetly recommend bringing in headphones , but other than that it was a great experience specially for the price. Will be back !
One of my favorite massage spots. Excellent value for money, meticulously clean, and consistently deeply relaxing. I always leave feeling refreshed.
