I found this spa through Groupon, and after purchasing the deal I came across several negative reviews, most of which mentioned being pressured to tip and receiving poor service. Drove 45 minutes after calling ahead about a Groupon offer for a $33 one-hour massage. When I arrived, I was asked how much tip I wanted to leave before the massage had even started. I offered $5 based on the Groupon price and was told that wasn’t acceptable because the massage normally costs $120 and customers usually tip more. the massage was really good and relaxing that i fell asleep, the hot stones were a very nice extra to my session. would definitely come back
Facial was terrible and the lady at front insisted for 20 dollar tip . I gave 10 each employee and she was really mad about it . Very rude behavior . Massage was good but facial was horrible . Never going this place again for sure . For the 1 hour facial she literally give 5 min face massage and 20 mins to take out blackhead and half hour a paper on face called that mask .. awful service for facial masaga was good though
