I can’t do zero. The massage technique was zero they didn’t rub my feet at all. Not the lower back pain. I just feel like they put the oil and rub it no shoulder massage no feet massage just a waist of money.
Excellent massage. Pretty good facial. Terrible customer service. They interrupted the service several times to try to force add ons. Including giving multiple free trials to services you’d already declined. Then they tried to force a $40 tip to make up for the loss they’d incurred by selling on Groupon. I paid almost $200 for the service itself and tipped 15%. It was just under the requested $40 tip and she still tried to force it. Nice and relaxing place. The massage was good.
Wouldn’t recommend very poor customer service.
I gave the one-star review because of the customer service we got. First of all The facials weren't all that but we enjoyed the back massage. They will like to add more things for you but it is up to you to accept or disagree. After our services and ready to tip, the lady told us that they had a fixed amount of tip which was $40 for the massage. I believe the tip is based on percentages and choice.
