BEST MASSAGE!!! Today I had one of the best massages I’ve ever had in my entire life! I used to come here many years ago, and returning today felt like I never left. I'm happy to report that I received every single penny back from thinking of going to this horrible place. I think the way you speak to customers go a long way. I was told to come for a 9 am appointment but called twice at 845 and at 850 but did not get an answer. We were going to be late because I started experiencing pain but it was my mother's birthday, so I pushed through to take her to her appointment. ⭐ 1 STAR Extremely unprofessional and misleading. They advertise promotions to attract customers, but when we called to ask about the promotion, they gave us the runaround and spoke to us with a rude and disrespectful attitude. If you have no intention of honoring your promotion, then DON’T ADVERTISE IT. It’s a complete waste of customers’ time to promote a discount and then make excuses when someone actually tries to use it. I found this spa through Groupon, and after purchasing the deal I came across several negative reviews, most of which mentioned being pressured to tip and receiving poor service. Drove 45 minutes after calling ahead about a Groupon offer for a $33 one-hour massage. When I arrived, I was asked how much tip I wanted to leave before the massage had even started. I offered $5 based on the Groupon price and was told that wasn’t acceptable because the massage normally costs $120 and customers usually tip more. Being pressured about tipping before receiving any service made me very uncomfortable. I ended up leaving without getting the massage.
