I’ve never had a massage where I was left in a daze until I met Jheniya! With her vast expertise she immediately identified hot spots and made sure they were taken care of - I left feeling so refreshed. Incredibly therapeutic massage in an incredibly therapeutic setting. Also so easily accessible!
This was my first ever massage and I'll definitely be going back! Jheniya and the place were very warm and welcoming. I had pain in my shins and she took the time to find it and give some relief. I felt miles better after the massage, recommended to any uncertain newbies :)
I'm writing this review based on Jheniya's customer service/business management skills. I saw her for 4 different massages and found out after that I had met my deductible, so I asked if she could provide a superbill so I could get reimbursed by insurance. First I texted, and then when I didn't get a response, sent an email. She was always good about responding to me within 1-3 days. Jheniya is the best Massage Therapist I have experienced in Seattle! She is highly skilled at her craft, with strong hands and a warm presence. She was able to deduce past injuries, provide targeted treatment, and overall relaxation all in one massage. Her space is cute and welcoming to boot.
