This was my first ever massage and I'll definitely be going back! Jheniya and the place were very warm and welcoming. I had pain in my shins and she took the time to find it and give some relief. I felt miles better after the massage, recommended to any uncertain newbies :)
I'm writing this review based on Jheniya's customer service/business management skills. I saw her for 4 different massages and found out after that I had met my deductible, so I asked if she could provide a superbill so I could get reimbursed by insurance. First I texted, and then when I didn't get a response, sent an email. She was always good about responding to me within 1-3 days. Jheniya is the best Massage Therapist I have experienced in Seattle! She is highly skilled at her craft, with strong hands and a warm presence. She was able to deduce past injuries, provide targeted treatment, and overall relaxation all in one massage. Her space is cute and welcoming to boot.
It is always a pleasure to get a massage at Lucid Studios, truly an amazing artist! I’ve been three times, and will continue to go for the foreseeable future.
