They finally have the Gravity! Just to see and sit in, not drive yet
Trully disappointing that lucid is paying many thousands to have a showroom for this car that most people know nothing about so to most this is the first impression as it was for me. I went there 5/25 @4pm and the guy is such a turn off. First he had 2 headphones and i had to repeat everything i said twice and he just looked annoyed to be there. Update- my sales person was off the days when I haven’t heard. It just wasn’t communicated but I did get a call from the manager. The vehicles are beautiful and like others said: the lady at the U village location is very helpful. The gentleman is colder but again they are not sales people. They connected us with one woman in CA in their sales team, Anwar who didn’t follow up timely so we reached out to another sales person Abilio. We knew it may cause a commission issue because we swap sales people but he seemed very helpfu... read more
Door sign says opening til 8pm but it’s already closed at 7:15pm. This shows such bad management.
