Gia Mai at the U Village Lucid studio in Seattle has been a delight to work with. Very knowledgable about the Lucid cars and the Lucid Motors company. My husband selected the Lucid Air after exhaustive research. We drove the Lucid and the leading competitor. We chose the Lucid Air. Every time we take a drive in it, we marvel at safety features and are grateful to be within is protective bubble. The adaptive cruise control is very advanced. It is very roomy in front and in the passenger seats, and this was another reason for its selection.

Cross shopping between a Taycan and a Air. Showed up 5:30pm on a Sunday when their website shows closing at 6 - not asking for a test drive, but just to get a feel compared to Taycan. A person was obviously in there - door was locked, and no attempt to greet us or even acknowledge our presence. Came 30 minutes away to take a look - would've been an hour to 1.5 hour easily on a weekday. If this is the SOP for customer service - not expecting much from the brand at this point.
