I would like to update my review and change my rating to one star. After owning and using the vehicle for a few months, we have encountered multiple issues. However, the biggest concern has been the extremely disappointing customer service experience. I have reached out multiple times through phone calls and emails, yet I either receive no response at all or hear back weeks later with a message stating that the issue has been escalated to a manager, only to never receive any further follow up. Great test drive, George answered all questions willingly and promptly. He showed a great flexibility during our test drive and before and after. I was deeply impressed with the car and will give it serious consideration when it comes time to purchase a new car.
The service was great! I went for Lucid but ended up looking at other stores, then I met a cool designer from Crate and Barrel named Kim who directed me to Lucid. I was glad.to finally have an up and personal look of these beautuful EVs! My heart! Anyway, now I know where to find them I will have a deeper look!
Went for a test drive with George and he couldn't have been a nicer guy. He was well informed without being overly pushy, highly recommend
