The service is a problem. I typically use my app to access and drive the vehicle. I don't usually carry the key fob. I've been locked out of my car for 2 hours now. For some reason the app shows that my vehicle is "off line". I cannot open the doors or get access to the car. Even when I have the key fob the access is delay. It is supposed to unlock the doors as you walk up to the car. Almost never works. I've been on hold for over an hour with lucid customor care!! This is crazy.
Amazing experience at the studio, for anyone who’s interested in a lucid and visits the location, ask for Steven, we have now gotten two cars because of him. Just picked up a 2026 Lucid Air Touring. The car is a fantastic example of luxury combined with refined aggression. For me, it is the modern‑day iteration of all those “wolf in sheep’s clothing” sports sedans going back decades. We worked with Stephen T., who was simply awesome. He was the epitome of low‑pressure sales and is incredibly knowledgeable about the product. He was also extremely courteous and kind to my disabled son, which says a lot about his character. I was first introduced to Lucid Motors at the Electric Expo at Nassau Coliseum. At the time the Lucid Gravity was not available for test drives but it was still very impressive to see in person. I did have the opportunity to drive the Lucid Air and it drove beautifully. Smooth powerful and extremely refined.
