Tried to buy a lucid air. Sales (worked with Katya) never calls or text back. Horrible service. Cannot speak to sales in studio. It's been 2 weeks and the cars I was interested in are now unavailable. Cars also lack basic features you'd find in a entry Hyundai which is insulting for the price. Does have nice luxury feeling interior, and suspension
I had an excellent experience. Lucid’s cars are stunning and incredibly spacious. Dana did an amazing job showing me the car and describing the vehicle’s features during the test drive. I was not sold on EVs until now.
Stephen Taibi was great spent time with us that answer all our questions. Had my 55 year old son and 47 you old daughter with me, we each test drove the car and just had a great experience.
I walked into the manhasset showroom quite intimidated as I know nothing about electric vehicles and was curious about the hype. Stephen Taibi greeted me as if he has known me for years and answered all of my questions making me feel as if I was a part of their team. Even knowing I wasn’t in the market yet I was treated so warmly that I now know exactly where I’ll be going for my next (and first) EV! Thank you Stephen and the whole manhasset team for such a warm experience!
