I stopped by Lucid Manhasset for informational purposes, just to learn about the brand and what Lucid is all about. I have always been fascinated with the future of vehicle development and design, especially how electric cars are paving the way for the road ahead. Tried to buy a lucid air. Sales (worked with Katya) never calls or text back. Horrible service. Cannot speak to sales in studio. It's been 2 weeks and the cars I was interested in are now unavailable. Cars also lack basic features you'd find in a entry Hyundai which is insulting for the price. Does have nice luxury feeling interior, and suspension
I had an excellent experience. Lucid’s cars are stunning and incredibly spacious. Dana did an amazing job showing me the car and describing the vehicle’s features during the test drive. I was not sold on EVs until now.
