Fabulous experience at Manhasset, NY Lucid Studio. Test drove a Lucid Air weeks ago and was thoroughly educated about the vehicle and ordering process by Maria Goedtel. She is an absolute gem! Always available by phone/FaceTime whenever I had questions during ordering process, and even after recent delivery even though the vehicle was delivered to my home in Ohio from Goose Island Chicago and out of her region. Thank you again Maria!!
The service is a problem. I typically use my app to access and drive the vehicle. I don't usually carry the key fob. I've been locked out of my car for 2 hours now. For some reason the app shows that my vehicle is "off line". I cannot open the doors or get access to the car. Even when I have the key fob the access is delay. It is supposed to unlock the doors as you walk up to the car. Almost never works. I've been on hold for over an hour with lucid customor care!! This is crazy.
Amazing experience at the studio, for anyone who’s interested in a lucid and visits the location, ask for Steven, we have now gotten two cars because of him. Just picked up a 2026 Lucid Air Touring. The car is a fantastic example of luxury combined with refined aggression. For me, it is the modern‑day iteration of all those “wolf in sheep’s clothing” sports sedans going back decades. We worked with Stephen T., who was simply awesome. He was the epitome of low‑pressure sales and is incredibly knowledgeable about the product. He was also extremely courteous and kind to my disabled son, which says a lot about his character.
