Where do I begin? The short Hills Location and staff were nice and knowledgeable and this seems like a great car BUT Lucid is NOT ready to sell these cars. No support..Stay away. I put a deposit down and due to Lucid's rigid way of doing business..ie: No business leases, Must fill out finance application on line, Must use a crome browser (website freezes), No dealerships-You have to buy from someone in California..Crazy..this process dragged on for a month. Stopped in this weekend (Sunday) and I was the only one in the store other than the two employees. I was never acknowledged. I guess they’re only accommodating to white people. Oh well…the search continues.
Had an amazing experience at the Lucid Motors Short Hills location. Scheduling a test drive was super easy, and the entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. A huge thank you to Alexxa, she made the whole process of buying the car smooth and enjoyable. I definitely recommend her if you're looking for great service!

Alexxa was my Lucid professional and she was the most informed, honest and kind car dealer professional I’ve ever encountered.
