Had an amazing experience at the Lucid Motors Short Hills location. Scheduling a test drive was super easy, and the entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I live in PA and inquired about a test drive and scheduled the drive in NJ. Alexxa was my Lucid professional and she was the most informed, honest and kind car dealer professional I’ve ever encountered. She and her team helped in every way to find something that suited our needs in the short term. Our purchase and driving our new car has exceeded my expectations. Lucid is doing great things with great folks on the team.
I have been working with Alexxa on the purchase of a new Lucid vehicle. Both she and the Design Studio at Short Hills have been fabulous in every way. Responsive to emails, phone calls and texts and thorough in the research and answers to questions they provide. Lucid studio at short-hill is nice and the folks who work here are also very nice. 2 stars for that, 3 stars taken away due to sales dept. - and i was interested in leasing Lucid as i liked it more over model S - but the sales dept. of this area is lazy at its best. No one reached out to me on my initial test drive. I called the sales rep. and there were no followups - i do however got generals emails from lucid as my email was taken during the test ride. My experience buying my Lucid Air was awesome. Waleed is such a great listener and has a heart for service. Amazing product and fabulous people. This is the type of company that is a blessing to our country.
