Excellent experience. I first talked with a salesperson who had only been there a month. He was aloof. Two other salespeople who had been there 4 years were very helpful and knowledgeable. My son works at the Lucid plant, so we probably had more info than most shoppers. Lucid is an extremely high quality product.
Awesome cars and great service! Hoping to drive one and maybe even bring one home!
Instant regret. Apple carplay never connects, doors wont open, the app is constantly broken or won't open the car. One month in the side panel snapped off and we had to get it repaired. Very little concern coming from customer support. I have called them numerous times and they suggest to just reboot the car. Very disappointed.
