We have just had the best experience in our 60+ years of purchasing vehicles. This was through the Lucid Studio in Rocklin, CA. This wonderful experience was first and foremost due to Lauren, the most excellent Sales Associate we have ever encountered. Lauren answered all of our questions professionally and promptly. The entire Rocklin team, was extraordinary, from Sales, Service, and Management. We feel totally welcomed into the Lucid family. We love our Lucid Gravity Grand Touring!!!
Glad to see I’m not the only one shouting out Lauren here. I’ve bought cars from traditional dealers, as well as the direct to consumer method that Tesla, Rivian, and Lucid use, and Lauren is hands down the best sales advisor I’ve ever had. Awesome cars bad service nobody came out to greet me
Very helpful and informative sales associates. No pressure, none of the "what will it take" pressure familiar to some or many dealerships. We ended up ordering a vehicle on our second visit. Impressive vehicles.
