We had an extraordinary experience from our initial visit to view the car, through taking delivery. We had the pleasure of working with AJ who was very helpful and informative from the test drive phase, all the way to the post delivery and follow up phase. We traded in a Tesla after 4 years of ownership, and our experience with the Lucid Air and the Lucid sales team has been lightyears better than it was with Tesla. While visiting Lucid Studio at the Oakbrook Center, Franklin (Frank) helped me out. Not only did I learn information about Lucid vehicles but, I was able to test drive as well; fully helping me understand the Lucid experience.
