Buyer beware. These ratings are mostly for the experience of picking up a brand new car. It takes an average of 2 weeks for service to contact you when you report a problem. And the repeat error rate on service repairs is ridiculous.

Thanks to Lucid Motors and salesperson Derrick Perkins. I appreciated the help I received from Derrick during the buying process of my new Lucid Air Touring EV. Worked with AJ - answered all my questions, was extremely patient, and was always available. Wonderful test drive experience and accommodating staff. I accidentally modified my test drive time to the wrong date, and they slotted me into the schedule no problem. Would absolutely keep returning to Lucid for their quality and luxury.
