This is a 10 month review of my Lucid Air Pure. The leasing experience was seamless. The car is wonderful to drive. For such a big car, it handles so well and the suspension tuning is sublime befitting a luxury car. The difference in ride quality is so obvious between the Lucid and a Toyota Camry or Volvo EX30 - the road bumps are soaked up with aplomb by the Lucid. Extremely poor lease delivery and follow-up experience. I was owed a credit on my lease that was agreed to during the deal and never applied, despite numerous attempts to resolve it via phone and email. I was repeatedly promised callbacks that never happened. Somehow, the sales rep managing my purchase was “out for lunch” every time I called—at remarkably different times of the day (condolences to the poor soul that gets Katja as their rep).
