most efficient car buying experience i ever had
I’ve tried calling and emailing several times, but I only get auto-replies. My sales rep is always on leave, and I’ve had to resend my message four times. The Customer Care/Financial team seems disorganized—no one knows who’s responsible for a simple inquiry.
Customer service is terrible. It is difficult to speak with the service department. A cracked windshield is a major inconvenience because they don't provide windows to windshield replacement companies. I have several other issues with the car but I don't bother calling because I don't want to be on the phone for 20 minutes waiting doe an answer.
Had an amazing experience with Laurence and the team at Lucid Millbrae. I kept in touch with Laurence over email concerning a few details (trade-in program, NACS compatibility), and he was always extremely responsive. Once the trade-in program was up and running, we came in for a test drive and were absolutely blown away. Laurence is exceptionally knowledgeable and answered all of our (many!) questions with kindness.
