Customer service is terrible. It is difficult to speak with the service department. A cracked windshield is a major inconvenience because they don't provide windows to windshield replacement companies. I have several other issues with the car but I don't bother calling because I don't want to be on the phone for 20 minutes waiting doe an answer.
Had an amazing experience with Laurence and the team at Lucid Millbrae. I kept in touch with Laurence over email concerning a few details (trade-in program, NACS compatibility), and he was always extremely responsive. Once the trade-in program was up and running, we came in for a test drive and were absolutely blown away. Easiest car buying experience I've ever had. When I went to take a test drive, Andrew Burdick offered to bring the car out my way to save me time. I drove the car and fell in love with it. I told Andrew that I would think about it and get back to him. He never called or bugged me and my wife and I talked it over and decided to buy the car. I then contacted Andrew and he instructed me on how to go online and either design one or find one at a local dealer.
