Nice showroom. Unfortunately for the employees, we arrived here after checking out the Rivian showroom a couple blocks away. The employees at Lucid were the opposite of those at Rivian: impatient, with no time or interest in answering questions. We were made to feel unwelcome.
I had an excellent experience. My wife and I test drove both the Lucid Air and the Gravity, and Shon made the whole process seamless. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He connected me with the sales team, and I ended up making my purchase the next day.
Neat studio space to demonstrate their upcoming vehicles and experience them hands on, getting up close to how they feel and also seeing the array of configurable options with their sample palettes. Staff appear informative and knowledgeable.
