Just picked up my Lucid Air today. Peter, my delivery specialist was friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to go through all the setup and answered my questions. Keith and Lucy who I briefly met at the front were also able to answer my questions while I waited for Peter. Excellent experience overall. The one shortcoming I’d say was the communication gap for a few days between sales and delivery while I waited to get my delivery date/time. The online portal had inaccurate details too. Great car & best service, Tyler Anderson at Lucid Studio Legacy West helped deliver my car yesterday. The car was super detailed, and Tyler spent almost 3 hours with us explaining the technology, features, and setting up profiles for both me & my wife. He even installed our all-weather floor mats and personalized our key fobs. Oh my goodness. For the love of God, do not buy this car. It is a nightmare having to reset every day because software doesn't work. Costing me an arm and a leg and no fix. The worst car for your money. Run! I'd run back to my old tesla if I could.

NEVER lease a Lucid vehicle. I was hit with a ridiculous amount of hidden charges and excess wear and tear for a vehicle turned in in pristine condition. The company is terribly difficult to deal with.
