The staff here have been stellar... Sartaj has been wonderful at keeping us up to date throughout the delivery process. Jenmy is knowledgeable and great to deal with during the whole delivery process. The service team are fast. Was able to repair issues with my vehicle, and really friendly along the way.
I had an excellent experience with Lucid from delivery to service. When I picked up my wife vehicle, Jenmy spent more than three hours with my wife, patiently walking through every feature and function of the car. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. She always had a smile on her face and made sure every question we had was answered.
