Very impressed with my used 2023 Lucid Air Pure and pray that it is reliable and that I won't have to rely on the service department much. So far, attempts in buying wiper blade refills has been unsuccessful. I was informed that the service department will call me back to let me know its availability. It's been more than a week and no returned calls. It seems that every time I called to inquire about scheduled services, a person would take name and number and someone would call me back.

My experience purchasing a Lucid Air at Tysons Corner studio was phenomenal. I stopped in to test drive the Air Touring while in DC on a business trip. Reza was very helpful and professional in explaining the car and the order process. When it came time to order, Reza made the process seamless and arranged pickup for us in Chicago. Highly recommend working with Reza, and getting the Air. It's the size of an E class, the luxury and interior space of an S class, and the driving dynamics of a 5 series BMW. A truly epic motorcar!
