Very poor service. My car is in their shop for repair. Initially I was told it will take 1 week and it’s been two weeks today and I haven’t heard back from Lucid. I have called them multiple times, with no response and they don’t even bother to return the call.
I had a test drive appointment for both Air and Gravity today. Bill Cignarella helped me everything from 1 to 10. He was so kind and professional. The vehicles were awsome with a lot of luxury features and the driving performance. I'm considering to switch from Rivan to Lucid, and I'm very positive. Thank you, Bill. You made my day.
Out of the way but the dealership is nice. The sales people were never pushy for a sale and I was able to take a test drive. He showed me how my configuration would look, no pressure to buy.
Bought my evo there. Friendly staff, pretty cool cars in the show floor. Smooth transaction from staff. Bismarck helped me throughout the whole process and he was able to work with me even though im 20hrs away.
Extremely poor lease delivery and follow-up experience. I was owed a credit on my lease that was agreed to during the deal and never applied, despite numerous attempts to resolve it via phone and email. I was repeatedly promised callbacks that never happened. Somehow, the sales rep managing my purchase was “out for lunch” every time I called—at remarkably different times of the day.
