Had a super fast and efficient pickup of a Gravity Grand Touring and was in and out in less than 30 min! Also they had just finished the new software update and no bugs seemed to be there and I have noticed nothing so far. If you want roof rails installed or the front trunk bench you have to order from the store in advance so the studio can install it.
Totally smooth 1st year service with the Rutherford team. Great communication with Oliver. A+!
Disgusting place!!! I wanted to order parts for my Lucid that was in an accident. They said I couldn't order parts because my car had a title with an accident on it, only the parts they had in stock. The second day before leaving, I called them back to make sure they had the fender liner I needed in stock. They said yes. I spent two hours driving to their location, and when I arrived, a guy named Vinny came out and said he couldn't sell me the fender liner. wasted time
I took an early morning flight to get to the ‘studio’ as I had to drive the car back home 7 hours away. The staff was surprised to find us on time and asked us to wait as it would be ‘some time’ before we could get the car. I waited in a barren space with a dying plant. The overall experience right from booking an appointment, to their follow ups - Lucid Rutherford NJ is doing things right! Even though they offer limited services from the Lucid studio, they promptly put you in touch with the right people. A special mention to Nate - you are awesome! He is knowledgeable and may not recall esoteric details right off the bat - but he made it point that he followed up with answers within a few hours.
