The best automotive sales service experience I've had, period. The definition of "above and beyond" for the customer. Huge fan of the Lucid brand both because of the awesome car as well as how they treat people. Just not super thrilled about the warranty situation; a windshield should *not* crack on its own just by turning on the defroster, even if it's very cold outside, and even if there's a tiny rock chip (like 1mm) on the windshield. And if it does, this is a manufacturing issue, not an insurance issue.
Tuan helped me out. He was very knowledgeable and charming. I would definitely recommend him to a friend.
