Everybody — from sales (Gurvinder) to service to management — will do their absolute best to deliver the best service. Other brands and dealers should learn from these guys. I’ve taken delivery of many cars throughout my life, and I’ve never had such great service and onboarding. Highly recommend.
Don't buy a Lucid. As great as the car looks and drives when it works, it generally not only doesn't work, but the warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on and the company will take every opportunity to nickel and dime you for things that are very clearly manufacturer defects and just general design faults. If this review convinces one person not to buy a Lucid, I feel like I did my good deed for the year.
