I stopped in to test drive the Air Touring while in DC on a business trip. Reza was very helpful and professional in explaining the car and the order process. When it came time to order, Reza made the process seamless and arranged pickup for us in Chicago. Highly recommend working with Reza, and getting the Air. It's the size of an E class, the luxury and interior space of an S class, and the driving dynamics of a 5 series BMW. A truly epic motorcar!
Need to get a minor repair which should take less than 5 mins. After about 15 phone calls, finally managed to get a mobile repair appointment since their app appointment feature is a disaster. Fifteen minutes before the appointment, this guy calls me saying the technician is sick pushing my appointment to a week later, which is just ridiculous. Currently I am waiting for a call back from their assistant manager. Their cars are nice (most of time) but their service is abysmal.
