BEWARE!!!!! Please check into their Service Department before buying/leasing. We have two Lucid Airs. One of them has the steering wheel lock as we were trying to leave a parking garage. We were stuck. Lucid sent a tow truck. This was Thursday. Today is Saturday and we called to get a status on the repair and to get the loaner we were told we get. Very impressed with my used 2023 Lucid Air Pure and pray that it is reliable and that I won't have to rely on the service department much. So far, attempts in buying wiper blade refills has been unsuccessful. I was informed that the service department will call me back to let me know its availability. It's been more than a week and no returned calls. It seems that every time I called to inquire about scheduled services, a person would take name and number and someone would call me back.

My experience purchasing a Lucid Air at Tysons Corner studio was phenomenal. A special thank you goes to my sales associate, Reza, who patiently worked with me over a week to meticulously detail every option, feature, and trim. Reza was so patient as we went over the preliminary numbers and eventually the contracts leading up to delivery day.
