Strike one. Needed to get my new pre-owned Lucid Air inspected in Maryland. The inspector needed brake rotor specs from Lucid Service center to get my car inspected. So we (myself the driver and the State Inspector) reached out. We were told by the Service Center representative that Lucid can’t provide the information the state inspector needed. Good service
Purchased a new Lucid Gravity from Reza and very excited to own this new model. While the vehicle is pretty amazing so far Immediately after purchasing the vehicle had an issue setting up the homelink with our garage doors. The issue is a QR code on the display that says to call service department. I called service department early in the am and a service advisor answered right away and told me he would check into the issue with his service team thinking it was either software programming or hardware installation issue.
