I had a great experience with this Lucid service center. Rich, Lorenzo and the team did a great job fixing issues that another Lucid center could not, and they returned my car in good condition. Communication was excellent, professionalism impressive and appreciated, and they listened intently to my concerns about wind noise and rattles. Extremely nice while trying to purchase or lease a lucid, but once a deal is done the sales rep has ghosted me. He hasn’t redoing to one email about timeline for vehicle. I had to call lucid direct. As a share holder in Lucid, I am extremely disappointed.
Always the best customer service. They make you feel like you’re coming to their home, and not a car dealer place. Very personable and always make you feel welcome, addressing all the issues you might have with respect and understanding
The absolute worst experience ever. Not being able to get a key made for a $80,000 car lucid can kick rocks.
