Car was there for months, and problems not fixed. Nice people, poor quality repairs and QA. Car came back worse than it went in, and had to go 3 times for a simple repairs.

I had a great experience with this Lucid service center. Rich, Lorenzo and the team did a great job fixing issues that another Lucid center could not, and they returned my car in good condition. Communication was excellent, professionalism impressive and appreciated, and they listened intently to my concerns about wind noise and rattles. A great experience that helped restore my faith in the Lucid brand's ability to execute. Extremely nice while trying to purchase or lease a lucid, but once a deal is done the sales rep has ghosted me. He hasn’t redoing to one email about timeline for vehicle. I had to call lucid direct. As a share holder in Lucid, I am extremely disappointed.
