I’m extremely disappointed with my recent Lucid service experience. Lucid arranged for my new Air Grand Touring to be taken to Windermere Collision in Orlando for a simple trunk alignment under warranty. When I picked it up in person, the rear bumper had been damaged. I reminded them the car was ceramic coated and explicitly told them not to polish it, yet they polished it anyway, removed the coating, and the damage was still present. I had two unfortunate incidents with my AGT, both are quite the story that’s too long to explain. Dawn at the Riviera service center was amazing in expediting the windshield to the body shop the same day. I am moving to Central Florida so time was of the essence and she delivered for me. I am very grateful Dawn!
I don't do business with this company. The manager is a total idiot. He told his employee to call the cops on a truck driver that was parked out by the road. Why? That truck driver wasn't hurting nobody. When somebody harassed somebody for no reason, I don't feel right about doing business with them.
Excellent Service Center and Service Advisor. My Air GT had 2 new Rear tires installed by Goodyear and then soon after a wheel alignment by Miami Service Center. The car however still slightly pulled to the right. Upon a phone consultation with Dawn, the Riviera Beach Service Advisor, she quickly pointed out that the uneven wears on the Front tires could cause the right pull. So I had Goodyear confirm the uneven wears on the 2 Front tires and then replaced with new ones. My car now drives perfectly without pull. Great thanks... read more
I had an excellent experience with Dawn and the team when I had my Lucid in for service. Updates were provided in a timely manner and the customer service was phenomenal! I love Lucid and appreciate the wonderful staff!
