Disappointing Vehicle, Non-Existent Customer Support I boughht a Lucid Gravity 2 months ago, and it’s been plagued with non-stop glitches, pop-ups, and error alerts. The car itself is frustrating, but the customer service is unacceptable. I am paying a premium for features that do not work. Despite promises to fix these issues, Lucid has completely ghosted me. I was very pleased with Samantha and the entire delivery process. There was a lot to take in, and she gave me exactly the right amount of information to get started, knowing I could pick up the rest as I settled in. She clearly understands how overwhelming delivery day can be and guided me through it with confidence and clarity. Samantha was courteous, patient, and thoroughly professional throughout. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Stephanie did an amazing job showing me all the features on my Lucid Gravity. This is a beautiful facility situated on goose Island in Chicago. Pickup was quick and easy!
