I recently visited the Lucid Vaughan Service Center for my annual service, and I’m extremely satisfied with the experience. My first experience with the Vaughan Service Center was frustrating. I called several times in late October and left a voicemail, but never received a response. For a premium brand, it was disappointing to feel unheard, especially right after taking delivery of my Lucid Air. After noticing the issue, Lucid reached out, investigated the issue, and explained how they’re improving phone coverage and customer response. Amazing staffs The Lucid service team quickly found the issue with my car and resolved it efficiently.
What an amazing bunch you have here Lucid. I was in a pinch on a road trip from the US to Canada. Had a warning message show up. I called and got in touch with Isaias, who walked me through everything that could happen and all my options. Then when I got there, him and the service technicians worked their magic and were able to get my issues resolved in 2 hours so I could continue my trip with family. Big big thank you to Isaias and the Toronto lucid team, I'm truly grateful. Fingers crossed the ride home is smooth 😅
