Very good experience with getting work done on my Air Touring. Josh was excellent. Always available to talk. He gave timely updates. I wish they would accept Insurance for glass replacement. It will make it much easier for the customers.
The problem with this service center is the same problem that I have found with all of Lucid support - it's horrible! Most recently, I had a tire with an obvious defect - a giant bubble protruding from the sidewall. I sent the service center pictures of the tire before I brought it in which clearly showed both the defect AND that there wasn't a scratch or mark on either the tire or on the rim to indicate that I had hit anything.
