Lucid is not ready for prime time. You cannot get service appointments. Your requests via the app are ignored. When you do finally get a person to speak to, they prove grossly incompetent promising and then forgetting. Very immature company. Buyer beware.
Just returned my lucid air after lease and James from Plainview services center did an excellent job making the experience painless and efficient. Thank you for your help today.
