Worst car buying experience of my life. I flew there to pick up my new car, they pull the cover off and theres a DENT in the trunk. Under the paint and wax, a dent with a crack under the clear coat. They tried to give me this car. I refused. My sales adviser (great guy actually), had to step in. The service manager tried to help but admitted they didn't see, or didn't choose to correct, the dent. However, since this isn't a real sales location, I had to fly home without a car, and fly back to get a different one that my sale... read more
Lovely folks! Clean and friendly showroom/shop/delivery center.
Amazing and helpful staff. I live on the east coast but getting a car delivered from their location. I contacted them with questions, and one of the reps with the delivery team, I believe her name was Tameeka, was so very helpful. She was patient in answering my questions. She even took the extra time and went above and beyond to go physically look at the car to inspect it while I waited on the phone. Thank you Tameeka for your amazing service.
