UPDATE: Sergio is now gone already. Hamilton was there one day and spent an hour with me getting rid of the feedback and ticking that I was experiencing. I'm so much happier! A new tech is in there now part-time and i only stopped to say hi. My hearing aids are still properly adjusted and working well. I'm giving 3 stars because of the technician at the Merrillville, IN Sam's Club. I purchased Lucid Hearing Aids from Sam's club and right from the beginning I had problems with them from the receiver having to be replaced to not hearing as clearly as I should have. Then there was the batteries wearing out very quickly, Then there was a problem with the battery's repeating Lucid, Lucid, Lucid as the batteries got low, and in all my hearing was still muffled. My wife & I visited the Lucid Center in Austin just under two years ago & purchased hearing aids from Megan. She has consistently been helpful, responsive, professional & thorough on each of our return trips for check ups. We are thankful for our purchase & the outstanding customer service we consistently receive.
Annie Bemani, the Audiologist, at Sam's Club, did a Super job in resetting the hearing aids for my wife. We can always count on Annie to do a great job and always welcomes us back!!!
We were told to not use a discount warehouse as you would not get the service you need. Nothing could be further from the truth! Laura Beth at Sam's in Fort Worth is top notch. She is always so very helpful and such a delight to see. She takes her time to inspect your hearing aids and makes sure the fit is perfect. I would highly recommend seeing Laura Beth at Sam's for first class service!
