Angela was great about answering my questions for a relative that lived in another state and would be visiting the Sam's Club there for a replacement set of hearing aids. The Lucid Hearing Specialists at both locations were compassionate and knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend visiting them. The turn-around for receiving the devices was same day. Don't have the hearing aids yet (the correct color had to be ordered) but it was a very professional and caring experience. Audiologist understood that this was a difficult, but necessary, step to take. Really appreciate the fact that 24 month free financing is available; plan to take advantage of that. Also, like the 90 day money back guarantee if not satisfied.
