I wished I would have done something a long time ago as I was becoming secluded. Neil has a great personality, and understanding. Highly recommended and I recommend everyone I know who needs hearing aids to go see him at Sam’s Club Hearing.
I have had hearing aids from Sam's Club for 13 years & the sound always seemed muffled. My current set is 2 years old. I stopped in at Grand Island, NE Sams Club Hearing Center 1/6/2026 & Neil changed out the speakers in both hearing aids to smaller speakers because my ear canals are so narrow & current speakers could not reach far enough into ear canal. The narrower speaker makes the sound so much clearer. I am so grateful to hear more clearly. Great service Neil!
