Samantha is truly fantastic at helping navigate the process of acquiring and becoming accustomed to wearing hearing aids. She listens to my concerns and offers advice and makes adjustments accordingly. I never feel rushed and always feel I have her full attention during my visits. My initial attempt at getting hearing aids was at another private office and I felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman. I would highly recommend the Sam’s Club in Hodgkins Illinois for hearing aids. I took my mother and Samantha made the experience very positive. She took her time. She had a lot of patience and explained, and answered all of our questions. She is amazing.
