Brought my 87-year-old mom here for her hearing aid check-up. One was not working correctly. Mr Lio was very patient and kind with her, and determined her left one wasn't working. She should have a new one in less than 2 weeks. Lou is very knowledgeable about her hearing aids, trying new cups for a better fit for her. She really likes him!
