Ms. Church does an excellent job. She takes time to listen to your issues(if any) and tries hard to help. She takes a lot of pride in her job!
We recently visited the Lucid store to consider some hearing aids for my wife. We got great service from Virginia. She was very helpful and accommodating. However, due to a couple reasons, we decided against the Lucid custom aids.
