My visit was spectacular!!!! Not only was Mrs. Virginia knowledgeable about how hearing works she is concerned that im happy. She is very detailed and wants to make sure that I am hearing with the help of hearing aids. She listens and takes alot of notes that are concerns of mine and continually helps adjusts things as needed. I really look forward to my next visit and see the AWESOMENESS of what is to come. Virginia at the hearing center in Mooresville is the perfect example of above board A+ customer service and professionalism. I called the center to get my Dad’s records. Even though I didn’t leave a message she saw my number and called me back anyway. Virginia is super pro and goes above and beyond. I took my dad’s power of attorney over there and she made copies of test results for me. She even copied the power of attorney papers for their records. Virginia is a huge asset to the business! I am so grateful!
Virginia is the absolute BEST! She is warm, friendly, professional, kind and caring. She knows hearing aids inside and out, and can remedy any problem. This club is blessed to have her!
Virginia at the Sam’s in Mooresville was absolutely incredible to my mom as she was tested and fitted for hearing aids! She was extremely kind and patient and walked us through every step and explained everything so we could understand the whole process! She never made us feel rushed or confused. I highly recommend Virginia, you will be absolutely pleased with her sensitivity to this process that can sometimes feel overwhelming!!
Virginia consistently provides excellent service. She keeps my hearing aids well-adjusted and clean, and I greatly appreciate her!
