Virginia is amazing. I can't say enough wonderful things about our experience with her today. My partner cannot hear someone knock at the door, the TV is always on the top volume where I can't watch with him. The new hearing aids she helped us with is going to be a life changer.
Absolutely Amazing! I took my mother to get me hearing aides today and was completely blown away by Virginia. She is not only professional but funny which set my mom at ease. I am so thankful for her and how she treated my mom. She is the best!!!
The manager of this site is a professional person with a backgroung as a Medic in our military. Virginia has the personality that is wonderful to everyone. I am 81 years old and have been wearing hearing aids for 40 plus years. Lucid is the most comfortable I have ever worn. I have to remember to remove them bfore I shower and go to bed. My visit was spectacular!!!! Not only was Mrs. Virginia knowledgeable about how hearing works she is concerned that im happy. She is very detailed and wants to make sure that I am hearing with the help of hearing aids. She listens and takes alot of notes that are concerns of mine and continually helps adjusts things as needed. I really look forward to my next visit and see the AWESOMENESS of what is to come.
