Purchased mine a little over a year ago, and one of them just quit working. Went into Sam's Club and explained the situation to the technician, and she had it up and working in 10 minutes, bad speaker. Great service very good hearing aids.
It is only because of Diane that both myself and husband just bought hearing aids! My ENT did not nearly as good a test and found that her results were exactly spot on! Trust her I say! She gave us a fantastic price and we couldn't be happier.
