Wes spent more than 2 1/2 hours with me. He is genuine and caring. He wants to be sure that I can hear, and he even called me at home to check on me.
Kelsey Twedt was fantastic! Helpful, kind, knowledgeable about Lucid hearing aids and love's her job. This is the second pair of hearing aids I have bought from Lucid at a Sam's Club. My wife and I are over the road truck driver's , so we like the convenience of having Lucid in Sam's Club all over the U.S. incase I need batteries, repairs, etc. Thanks!
