It's been a while since I got my hearing aids. I wondered if my hearing had changed enough to need an adjustment or some new aids. I was seen, examined and tested quickly. The audiologist was helpful, friendly and professional. I took the audiogram he gave me home and compared it to my last one. I found that my right ear was almost identical to my last audiogram and my left ear had 3 high frequencies change slightly. I chose to keep my current aids and settings for the time being. I will return.
Rachael Cox is superb! Not only is she knowledgeable in the hearing impairment field, she also is extremely concerned that her customers receive the best possible results from their hearing aids. She is patient, caring and very professional in her manner. I feel as though I have a direct line of communication with Rachael regarding any questions or issues concerning my hearing aids.
