I stopped in to Sam's club today to help my mom get new hearing aids. Justin Dempsey was friendly,helpful and very knowledgeable about the hearing aids. We are glad there are people who really are genuine and caring for the elderly.
My experiences with the Lucid Hearing Center at Sam's Club on Windhorst Way in Greenwood IN have all been extremely positive. The time and attention spent during my hearing test and initial visit was exceptional. In follow up visits, I have found Justin Dempsey to be friendly, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. His level of attentiveness, customer service, and pride in his work are outstanding. This kind of care is hard to find these days.
