Logan is so knowledgeable and helpful. I have gotten the best customer service from him than I have ever received from the other hearing aid companies I’ve used before. He got me in for an appointment ASAP when I was having trouble with updates on my phone. He explained what happened and addressed the issue right away. Thank you Logan. I would recommend Lucid hearing aids because of the great customer service.
Logan at the Sam's club hearing center was terrific. He was patient with all my questions, did not try to upsell me and his overall product knowledge was exceptional. I certainly recommend him and Lucid hearing!

Excellent help from the audiology technician Logan! He found a reasonably priced replacement for a 7 year old Lucid hearing aid I lost. The old model was no longer available, but the new one he programmed for me was greatly superior. Having tried some temporary devices, I can assure you the ones availble through Lucid are far superior. I am very happy with the service!
