Excellent help from the audiology technician Logan! He found a reasonably priced replacement for a 7 year old Lucid hearing aid I lost. The old model was no longer available, but the new one he programmed for me was greatly superior. Having tried some temporary devices, I can assure you the ones availble through Lucid are far superior. I am very happy with the service!
I was made to feel very comfortable and they took the time to listen. I was very pleased with my whole visit, and was able to leave that day with my hearing aids.
Logan was great. Very knowledgeable and extremely kind and helpful.
