Kasaundra was very friendly and answered all my questions. She is very knowageable and knows the Lucid hearing aids!

Kasaundra did my hearing test and found that I should see a specialist before getting hearing aids, so I am waiting for that ENT appointment. Kasaundra was thoroughly professional and great to work with. I look forward to completing the process with her once I’m pronounced “Ready to go!”
